E-Renter offers a full range of comprehensive screening services to benefit both individual landlords and small to large businesses across a broad range of industries. The choice of Individual or Commercial Account depends on the type of credit information needed, how quickly you need your first report (there is a short delay to establish a Commercial Account), and in the case of tenant screening whether that is your primary business activity. For all types of businesses, additional information and an on-site inspection is required to establish a Commercial Account.
